Kate’s Bits, Red Dwarf and Doctor Who – I’ve been avoiding the boredom, caused largely by the coverage (or lack thereof) of Kate’s upper-midriff that seems to have gotten earth’s media in a tizzy, by watching the Red Dwarf marathon again this weekend on Dave. I also caught Doctor Who: A Town Called Mercy on Friday- the obligatory Western-themed episode after last weeks
Snakes Dinosaurs on a Plane Spaceship. Hmmm.
Upcoming: Captain Roy’s Rusty Rocket Radio Show, Episode 4 – I’ve also got a humungous, Tower of Destruction sized, teetering stack of games, comics and movies to talk about in an upcoming podcast. On the agenda for discussion are-
- Gaming: Ian Bell and David Braben’s Elite and space trading games in general. Also Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 with keyboard controller (keytar- how nerdy is that?).
- Comics: The Trigan Empire and Barbarella.
- Movies: The Cabin In The Woods, Snow White and The Huntsman, The Hunger Games, Velvet Goldmine, The Final Programme, Aeon Flux (the original animated series), Dark Shadows and Frequently Asked Questions About Time-Travel.
You can expect the show just as soon as I stop squeaking and start speaking (I’ve lost my voice). The podcast will be rife with spoilers because nothing I’ll be talking about is very new, but it’s still going to be pants-wettingly exciting. Stay tuned via-
See you soon!
p.s. And yes, that is my new haircut. By Kazar the galactic pigeon, I’m gorgeous!
