Phobos Probe Lost

Russian Phobos probe lost– ESA confirms that contact has been lost.  The probe named Phobos-Grunt has been stranded in an orbit around the Earth after a successful launch from Baikonur. The thrusters that were then supposed to propel the spacecraft to Phobos apparently malfunctioned.

Swine Flu (Again)

New strain of H3N2 swine flu has scientists worried and the WHO is preparing contingency measures for this variant called ‘swine origin influenza “A” virus, H3N2 subtype.’  This virus has struck 10 young children in the US since July.

Jetman

And finally, an OMG for you.  Jetman, Yves Rossy, is a it again, this time flying in formation with actual jets!
